Circle Health — Delete your data

Circle Health mobile app · Galleria Mall, Ramallah

You can request deletion of specific personal data without deleting your entire account.

In the app (self-service)

Cancel a booking — Mine tab → open booking → Cancel (credits return to your pack where applicable).
Clear notifications — Notifications screen → mark items read or clear your inbox.
Update profile — Profile tab → edit name or phone to replace old information.
Sign out on a device — Profile → Sign Out (removes the session on that device).

Email circlehealthstudio@gmail.com from your registered account email. Include:

Your full name and registered email
What data you want deleted (e.g. notification history, a specific order, phone number)

We respond within 30 days and delete the requested data unless we must keep it for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
