Circle Health (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the Circle Health mobile app for our Pilates studio at Galleria Mall, Ramallah. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account details: name, email, and phone number
Bookings, class packs, and shop orders
Device push tokens to deliver booking and service notifications
Photos you choose when uploading studio content (admin use only)

How we use information

We use this data to operate bookings, orders, notifications, customer support, and studio administration. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

You may delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, bookings, packs, orders, notifications, and device tokens where applicable. Some transaction records may be retained where legally required.
