By using Circle Health you agree to studio policies, class cancellation windows, and pack validity rules. Bookings and orders are subject to confirmation.
Users must provide accurate account and delivery information and follow studio safety instructions. Cancellations may close before class start according to studio rules shown in the app. Classes below minimum attendance may be canceled and credits returned according to studio policy.
Product and pack payments are cash on delivery or collection unless Circle Health confirms another arrangement. Abuse, fraud, or unsafe conduct may result in account suspension.
